FX has once again surprised us with yet another intriguing espionage series. The Old Man’s season one has a total of seven episodes, each made with the polish of a feature film. Ghosts From The Past Hyena returns for episode 10 today and with it, a deeper understanding surrounding the case involving Gnosis and Kevin. While the legal drama does well to keep things ticking by, as I’ve said before it’s the characters that keep this one feeling as engaging as it is. Both Hee-Jae and Geum-Ja are a great on-screen couple and they really ignite the scenes they show up together. Whether they actually will end up at the end or not though, remains to be seen....

We Finally Get Some Answers I Am The Night returns this week with a changed location and renewed focus as we near the end of this 6 part mini-series on TNT. With a stretched run time that demands patience, I Am The Night does its best to turn up the heat and deliver answers but fails to really break free of the shackles holding back its pacing and excitement. Hyun-jo confronts Sol about the murders, but Sol only acts confused. Hyun-jo changes the direction of his questions, asking why Sol is even there....

Down at the police station, the man claiming to have taken Da-Bin is a divorcee known as Kim Jin-Ho. As we quickly skip back to August, we see Jin-Ho arrive at Yujung Construction. Seo-Jin turns up too, prompting this man to claim their company is murderous....

Eventually Rakel and Darri give him some food and listen to the boy retell the story we’ve already seen play out with the couple he murdered on the road. After getting some food down him, the couple drive off together. Darri demands he hand over the Stanley knife though, which he eventually agrees to....

Like a man possessed, the Professor remains fixated on working out all the ins and outs of the big heist inside the bank. Back n the present, Palermo broadcasts a video with the gang, explaining just how to get the gold out. This is streamed out for the whole world to see, as different news stations across the world learn what’s happened....

Escape Valve Finally, we’re back! After a mid-season break, part 2 of La Casa De Papel (Money Heist) returns. The plan is in disarray and it all comes down to this. Tokyo, bleeding out on the ground and about to die, reflects back on the nature of gold and how it must be cursed. While everything else crumbles and decays, gold continues to shine on. Although Tamayo learns about Tokyo (“one of the robbers”) being killed, he also hears the sheer number of casualties from the soldiers breaking in....

A Welcome Return To Form When Lego announced they’d be developing another superhero-related game tackling the DC universe, the news was met with more than a few disappointed groans. Even more so after the lacklustre Lego: The Incredibles which released earlier this year. Thankfully, Lego DC Villains is not just a return to form for Traveller’s Tales, it’s also one of the best Lego games released for quite some time. Although the main bulk of the gameplay remains unchanged, improvements with physics and animations give the game some much needed polish with an original story complete with your own created character showing more creativity which has been sore lacking in recent games....
