An Under-Rated Gem Of A Thriller When it comes to producing a compelling, engrossing sci-fi thriller on a budget, look no further than Cube. With a simple premise, a chilling atmosphere and a really engaging storyline, Cube is an excellent thriller and one that manages to transcend beyond its simple premise to offer a character-driven examination of the human psyche. After a brief and gruesome prologue, the film opens with six strangers awakening inside a strange cube-like structure....

The Queens Are Relegated To The Shadows Dancing Queens is a well-meaning drama with a heartwarming message and a decent array of characters. It’s also a movie that takes way too long to get to the point. At nearly 2 hours long, Dancing Queens is an unnecessarily bloated picture, with very little dramatic pizzazz and a criminally under-utilized soundtrack which features some amazing numbers. Away from the drag scene though, the movie centers on 23 year old Dylan....

Grief and Sorrow Dinner Mate could be one of the biggest disappointments of the year. It’s such a shame because this time a month ago the show was doing really well and managed to hit that rom-com sweet spot. What went wrong? Some of the problems this show faces comes from its desire to move into more melodramatic waters and this shift has lost some of the fuzzy, warm gloss that made this such an enjoyable watch....

The Deity’s Garden Doom at Your Service episode 8 starts with Myul-Mang and Dong-Kyung’s reunion, with our doom-bringer promising to tell her everything. He mentions all the misfortunes in the past and how he’s the root cause of this. Well, Dong-Kyung remains positive and explains how his negatives (darkness, the end of all things) are actually good things for her. Just as she reaches out to touch his hand, Dong-Kyung suddenly disappears....
